FLIGHT INFO
You can access the relevant website to complete your check-in by entering
your booking reference number and the name as stated on your passport.
If you're traveling with Wizzair and Ryanair, your boarding passes have been already sent to you.
TIMELY CHECK-IN IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS
Kindly be informed that each ticket includes and 8-kilogram cabin baggage allowance.
Dimensions Aegean & British Airways 56 x 45 x 25 cm including handles, side pockets and wheels.
Dimensions Sky Express for 55 X 40 X 20 cm including handles, side pockets and wheels.
Dimensions Alitalia 55x35x25 cm including handles, side pockets and wheels.
Should you wish to include additional luggage or select specific seats, please be aware that
these options will incur additional costs at your own expense.

HOTEL CHECK IN
Upon check-in, each guest must show the reception their passport, contact details, and credit card as a guarantee against any additional charges.
TRAVELING BY YOUR OWN MEANS
If you travel by your own means please keep all receipts and you may send them
for the reimbursement as per TTT travel policy.
TRANSFERS
Transfers are arranged are coordinated for individuals/groups arriving between 12 to 15/3 from and to the airport as well as for dinners on the evenings of 13th and 14th March from and to the hotel.
Please check the transfers times from airport to hotel to join the one closest to your landing time.
